He is survived by: his children, Jeff Locher (Jill) of Evansville and Stacey Gleason (Paul) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Lindsay Warren (Blake), Kelly Lingg (Andrew), Emily Fuller (Dan), Hayley Measner (Gabe), Jeffrey Locher (Morgan), Justin Locher, Jorran Locher and Jobie Locher; and his sisters, Lucille Scearce, Rose Gillim, Eva Hardesty and Betty James. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
