He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Lee Foster Sr. and Fannie Lee Cecil Foster; and his wife Lela Foster. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Foster, Terri Pope (Barry), David Foster (Jeannie) and Michael Foster (Audra). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
