Parm Jr., Ann Higgs Solomon, LaShawna Haught (Stephen) and Kerri Hodge; his stepsons, Lee Hamilton of Owensboro and Ray Higgs (Venice) of Owensboro; and his siblings, James Parm of Rockport, Indiana, Gail Stamps of Henderson, Virgie Shaw of Texas and Sina Evans of Owensboro.
