He is survived by: his children, Stacy Duke (Ronnie Boling) of Owensboro, Jason Duke (Tiffany) of Philpot and Adam Duke (Dawn) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Tyler, Kaleb, Ashton, Dalton, Lexie, Bryson and Keagan; his great grandchild Leighton; and his brothers, Donnie Duke (Teresa), Bobby Duke (Janice), Bill Duke (Phyllis) and Timmy Duke.
