He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Westerfield (Wayland); his grandchildren, Ashley Westerfield of Winchester, KY, Alicia Westerfield of Fresh Meadows, NY and Zachary Blair of Murfreesboro, TN; his great grandchildren, Josh and Beau; his former wife Belinda Blair; his stepchildren, Tracy Holder Easler (Billy) and Brad Holder (Marie); and his siblings, Sherry Cumbie (Mike) of Kevil, KY, Ray Blair (Sheri) of Calhoun, Dennis Blair Sr. (Joni), Steve Blair Sr. (Darlene), Terry Blair (Cathy) of Dallas, OR and Michael Blair (Sharon) of Bella Vista, AK. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
