It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger D. Kirtley of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kirtley and Alberta "Bert" Neal Kirtley. He is survived by: his son Luke Kirtley of Seaford, Delaware; his stepsons, Jake of Owensboro and Sam Baker (Karen) of Owensboro; his granddaughter Tabitha "Tabby" Kirtley; his brother Gary Kirtley of Owensboro; and also Karen LeCates. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
