He was predeceased by: his parent Basil Fetcher; his siblings, Carroll Fetcher, Steve Fetcher, Martha Mason, June Oliver and Mike Fetcher; and his nephew Michael Fetcher.
He is survived by: his parent Virginia Paul Robinson; his wife Sherry; his children, Ciavon Hartman (Matt) and Matthew Paul Fetcher; his stepchildren, Amie Etheridge (David) and Abbie Joiner; his brothers, Troy Alan Fetcher (Karen) and Kent D. Fetcher (Patty); his aunt Pauline Crawford; and his grandchildren, Landon Hartman, Liana Hartman, Averie, Chloe and Claire Etheridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that you plant a tree in Rogers memory.
