He was predeceased by: his mother Nettie Mae Worthington Duggins. He is survived by: his father Rodney N. Duggins Sr. (Grace); his wife Bonnye Bacon-Duggins; his children, Cybelle Duggins, Josh Duggins and Megan Duggins; his grandsons, Axel and Max Duggins; and his brother Mark Duggins.
