Waters; his sons, Robert Waters, Jr. of Arizona and Edward Waters of Arizona; his stepchildren, Josh Logan of San Diego, Michelle Logan of Wisconsin and Suzanne Logan of San Diego; and his siblings, Ralph Waters of St. Louis and Cindy Waters of Bonne Terre, Missouri..
