He was predeceased by: his father George Stringer; his grandparents, Rigdon, Irene Stringer, John and Catherine Tynski; his parents-in-law, James and Glenda Bowers; and his grandson Logan William Stringer.

He is survived by: his mother Lillian Tynski Stringer of Owensboro, KY; his wife Melissa Bowers Stringer of Owensboro, KY; his children, Victoria Boyd of Owensboro, KY and Jacob Stringer (Rachel) of Livermore; his grandchildren, Ryan Boyd, Lexi, Lilli, Benny and Evie June Stringer; his sister Judy McFadden (Craig) of Owensboro, KY; and his sisters-in-law, Michele Brown (Tony) and Melanie Spidle (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Heartford House 2914 Old Hartford Rd. Owensboro, KY 42303.
