Robert Donovan Smith Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Donovan Smith (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on November 19, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Joseph Smith, Sr. and Marietta Donovan Smith; his daughter Stephanie Smith; and his aunt Marjorie Cirrincone. He is survived by: his wife Jane Baize Townsend Smith; his daughter Debbie Smith Hill (Dave) of Brentwood, TN; his stepchildren, Landy Townsend (Allie) of Wake Forest, NC and Laurie Townsend Burt (Gerald) of Bowling Green, KY; his brother Bernard J. Smith, Jr. of Homestead, FL.; and his grandchildren, Drew Hill (Katy), Samantha Hill (Trae Primrose) of Nashville, TN, John Townsend, Ben Townsend, Will Townsend of Wake Forest, NC, Luke Idlett and Jackson Idlett of Bowling Green, KY.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a celebration of Bob's life will take place at a later date.
