She is survived by: her children, Mary Elizabeth Adams of Owensboro, Thomas Edward Adams of Owensboro and Charles Anthony Adams of Owensboro; her siblings, Paula Ward (Don) of Whitesville, Fred Greenwell (Connie) of Rome, Donna Wedding of Owensboro, Cindy Johnson (Kenny) of Minnesota, Monica Wilson of Calhoun, Diane Roberts (Tim) of Friendly Village, Roch Greenwell (Karen) of Owensboro and Dan Greenwell (Beth) of Stanley; her sisters-in-law, Nancy Greenwell of Owensboro and Melanie Adams of North Carolina; and her aunts, Betty Greenwell, Elizabeth Clark and Ann Jenkins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
