He is survived by: his children, Michael Goatee (Mia) of Colorado Springs, CO, Joseph Goatee of Owensboro, KY, Paul Goatee of Stanley, KY, Christopher Goatee of Colorado Springs, CO and Rachel Goatee of Owensboro, KY; his grandchildren, Alex Goatee, Emily Goatee, Abby Goatee and Jonnie Goatee; and his siblings, Brenda Hannah, Wilma Jackson and Bobby Goatee.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory (519 Locust St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A prayer was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
