He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stiff and Florence Stiff; his granddaughter Summer Rose Stiff; his great grandchildren, Brentley Scott Stiff, Molly Anna Jennings and Joleyon Edward Stiff; and his siblings, Mary Stiff, Ann Stiff, Robert Stiff, Jr. and Joseph Stiff.

He is survived by: his wife Rita Mae Stiff (Payne); his children, Valerie Webb (Mike) of Owensboro, Felecia Stiff of Owensboro, Monica Scott (Steve) of Philpot, Rick Stiff (Karen) of Whitesville, Perry Stiff (Debbie) of Owensboro, Scott Stiff (Kathy) of Whitesville, Keith Stiff (Rae) of Owensboro, Kevin Stiff (Carolyn) of Sarasota, FL, Mark Stiff of Owensboro, Matt Stiff of Owensboro, Brian Stiff (Cyndi) of Owensboro and Chris Stiff (Erin) of Owensboro; and his siblings, Patricia Briley of Coarsegold, CA and David Stiff of Morrow Bay, CA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
