He is survived by: his wife Frances Benita Mudd Riney; his children, Mary Watts (Carl) of Los Angeles, CA, Richard Lamar Riney III (Barbara) of The Woodlands, TX, Janet May (Chris) of Owensboro and Karen Hayes (Ron) of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Caroline Nicole Riney Greenberg (Scott), Richard Lamar Riney IV, Sara Marie May Shields (Jeremy), James Alexander May, Ryan Andrew Hayes (Jill), Joshua Anthony Hayes and Jordan Elizabeth Hayes; and his sisters, Sidney Ebelhar, Joan Schartung (Tom) and Madge Fleming. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
