She is survived by: her children, Mary Mitchell (James Skimmerhorn), Neil Maddox, Chad Maddox and Robbie Soper; her siblings, Elizabeth Ann Watkins, John Orville Maddox, Tobin Max Maddox, Carmel Warf, David Michael Maddox and Kelly Maureen Walters; and her close friends, Dorothy Parker and Theresa Kirk. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
