He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Raymond and Virginia Merle Winkler Shultz; and his brother Charlie Shultz. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Shultz; his daughters, Linda Fowler (Rick) of Bradenton, FL, Brenda Blair (Danny) of Cloverport, KY, Pam Curl (David) of Gilbertsville, KY and Kim Shultz of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Jennifer Hamilton (Brent), Chad Simpson (Trisha), Daniel Blair (Brittany), Miranda Hunt (Josh), Stacy Crick, Derek Sparks (Jennifer) and Andy Peak; and his siblings, Linda Jones and Billy Shultz. He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
