He is survived by: his wife Joyce Stringer Hulsey of Owensboro; his children, Lisa Mourning (Jimbo) of Utica, Richard Hulsey (Debbie) of Louisville and Keith Hulsey of Owensboro; his grandchildren, David Craig Rudd (Cynthia), Randa Jo Kennedy (Blakely), Casia Palm, Jaz Hulsey, Isabella, Wyatt and Alayna Stallings; and his great grandchildren, Gage Palm, Adalin, Levi Hulsey and Nora Kennedy.
