He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brearley; his daughter Amity Carman (Steven) of Radcliff; his grandchildren, Blake Welch, Bailey Welch and Dylan Welch; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Paris of Owensboro, Diana White (Guy) of Howard City, Michigan and Larry Paris of Owensboro. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
