He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mills and Flora Mills; and his former wife Helen L. Mills. He is survived by: his wife Betty Mills; his children, Diana Gaddis (James), Cheryl Smith (R. D.), Ronnie Mills, Flora Lewis (Timothy) and Garrison "Bud" Mills (Raeann); and his grandchildren, Angel Mills, Alisa Clark (Joshua), Bryant Clary, Christopher Mills, Benjamin Canary, Rowdy Bostick (Tamara), David Canary, Tabitha Hamilton (T. J.), Joshua Gaddis (Shawna), Krista Gaddis, Angie Gaddis, Michelle Gaddis and James Gaddis. He is also survived by 36 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
