She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Taylor and Beryl Collard Decker; her brother Leo Taylor; her granddaughter Roxanne Pickrell; her great grandchildren, Alexis Hatcherd and Skye Wade; her son-in-law Curtis Higgs; and her nephew James Truman "Rusty" Taylor.

She is survived by: her children, Gloria Westerfield (Brian) of Horse Branch, Tony Wade (Barbie) of Owensboro, Barry Wade (Mary) of Owensboro, Shenna Adamic of Owensboro, Denna Quiggins (David) of Owensboro and Charlie Wade (Dana) of Utica; and her siblings, James "J. T." Taylor (Melinda) of Rosine, Kathy Peak (Don) of Louisville and Mary Hoover of Rosine. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
