We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2020, at the age of 69, Phillip Dean Parm of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Parm and Dora Hanley Parm; his daughter Mary Johnson; and his siblings, Vernita Bridges, Zuetta Boyd, Charles Buddy Parm and Bobby Joe Parm.

He is survived by: his children, Kristina Taylor Thomas (David), Gail "Na" Spiceson (Samuel, Sr.), Phyllis Thomas Siddon, Robert Thomas (Medine), Dora Thomas, Angela Taylor and Johnathan Taylor; and his siblings, Gail Stamps (Melvin), Virgie Shaw, Sina Evans, James Bill Parm and Roscoe Parm. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.
