She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Phelps and Jewell Maxine Moore Phelps; her sister Naomi Gwen Phelps; and her nephew Dean Hedges. She is survived by: her husband Nicholas Pavlas; her sons, Andy Pavlas (Panayiota) and Raymond Pavlas (Margarita); her grandchildren, Nicholas (Raymond), Raphael, Andreas, Charalambos and Pennelope; her sister Kathleen Moore of Utica, KY; her aunt Carolyn Poole of Utica, KY; and her uncle Jackie Moore of Kincaid, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
