She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Smith and Clarice Wigginton Smith; her husband William E. "Bill" Parks; her siblings, Nancy Smith and Thomas Smith; her sister-in-law Judy Smith; and her nephew Ted Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Jacki Smith (Daniel) of Owensboro, Jeff Parks of Owensboro and Mark Parks (Dawn) of Owensboro. She is also survived by two grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and nephew.
