It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula Jane Ratliff (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on January 13, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Paula Jane Ratliff to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Randall A. Ratliff, Sr.; and her siblings, Ruby Baker Jones, Odell Baker, Elizabeth Baker Skinner, Forest "Sluggo" Baker, Audra Baker, Kay Baker, Jay Baker and Claude Lee Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Ratliff (Beth) of Brentwood, TN and Andrea Lee Ratliff of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Marley Broeder (Chris), Carsyn "Scout" Ratliff and Noah Ratliff; and her great grandchildren, Henry Broeder and Ellis Broeder. She is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
