He is survived by: his spouse Betty Leet Decker; his children, Mark Wayne Decker of Owensboro, Paul Decker (Stacy) of Lexington, Kristen Baker (Tracy) and Andrea Cecil (Aaron); his grandchildren, Brandon Decker, Graham Decker, Brooklynd Decker, Paine Decker, Madeline Decker, Bailee Baker, Tanner Cecil, Blake Baker, Hayden Decker and Lanee Cecil; and his close friends, Jimmy Reynolds and Rick Guy.
