He is survived by: his wife Sally Mulligan Hayden; his children, Paul Richard Hayden Jr. (Kimberly), Kevin Hayden (Michelle) and Suzanne Caudill (John) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Brent Hayden (Stephanie) of Owensboro, Blake Hayden (Rachel) of Owensboro, Tess Hayden of Owensboro, Joseph Hayden of Owensboro, Mary Kate Hayden of Owensboro, Sarah Beth Caudill of Owensboro and Katherine Caudill of Owensboro; his great grandchildren, Finn and Conner Hayden; and his brother Donald Hayden of Louisville, KY..
