She was predeceased by: her parents, Estil West and Zola Holmes West; her husband Gerald Phillips; and her siblings, Estil Ray, Bobby Clay, Charles West, Ronald West, Betty Lincoln, Sharon Stewart and Juanita Farnam.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Parrish (David) of Owensboro; her grandchildren, David Phillips, Justin Phillips, Tristian Howard, Brittney Quinn, Hillary Phillips and Jessica Kirby; and her siblings, Jimmy West, Joyce Elschide, Carolyn Chowning (Charles) and Marlene Boeke (Elmer). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
