It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Martin Frodge (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on April 22, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Martin and Ola Arnett Martin; and her husband James Perry Frodge, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Holly Hazelwood (Ian) of Evansville, IN.; her stepchildren, Edward Frodge of Hanson, James Perry Frodge, Jr. of Nortonville, Steven Frodge (Amy) of Greenville and Elizabeth Phillips (Tony) of Madisonville; and her grandson Riley Hazelwood of Evansville, IN.. She is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren and 19 step-great-grandchildren.
