She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Dean and Ruby Mae Houtchens Crawford; her grandson Caymon Wayne; her daughter-in-law Mandy Hicks Crawford; and her niece Sharon Duke.
She is survived by: her sons, Damon Crawford of Owensboro, Aaron Wayne of Owensboro and Chad Wayne (Amanda Tolle) of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Avery Wayne, Jayden Wayne and Jay Wayne; her siblings, Les Crawford (Wendy) of Keno, Oregon and Karen Blan of Grand Rivers, Kentucky; and her close friend Cindy Gilmore of Owensboro. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel (300 Main St, Calhoun, KY 42327). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
