She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rates Lewis, Sr. and Larissa Moorman Lewis; her husband Ezell Bracy; her son Anthony M. Griffith; her stepson Albert Price; her siblings, Charles Rates Lewis, Jr., Deana L. Leak and Joyce M. Fulton; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Moredock, George Leak, Sr. and Manny Fernandez.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Denise Griffith of Naples, FL, Monroe W. Griffith, III (Janice) of Lawton, OK, Marvin "Danny" Griffith (Zenia), Keith E. Bracy (Cari) of Owensboro and Leslie A. Bracy of Owensboro; her stepdaughter Daisy Turner of Dayton, OH; her siblings, Anita Jackson (Michael), Rev. Larry Lewis (Vivian), Wanda Tinsley (Steve), Knox D. "Denny" Lewis (Joanie), Mona Lisa Tinnin (Curtis), James H. Lewis (Karena), Connie S. Moredock, Marion C. Fernandez, Jill A. Higgs (Kenny), John S. Lewis (Yager), Mary J. "Jan" Lewis and Omega K. "Kathy" Lewis; her aunt Gladys Moorman Shauntee; and her close friend Jennetha Wilson. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren.
