Scott; her daughters, Amber Survant (Bob) of Owensboro, Erin Roby (Mike) of Owensboro and Hayley Boultinghouse (Jon) of Owensboro; and her siblings, Catherine Scott, Kimberly Bunch and Bradford Scott. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
