She is survived by: her mother Kathy Estes Fuqua; her son Terry Fuqua; her sisters, Shirley Fuqua of Owensboro and Lisa Cook of Owensboro; and her aunt Mary Smith. She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; several great nieces and nephews.
