She is survived by: her husband Terry Welborn; her daughter Laurie Howe (Brian); her grandchildren, Emma and Drake Howe; her sisters, Paula Jean Settle of Owensboro and Patricia Charlene Settle of Owensboro; and her stepchildren, Rob Welborn (Dawn), Ryann Welborn (Kim), Rusty Welborn (Dana) and Randy Welborn (Natasha). She is also survived by 12 step-grandchildren.
