He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Tipton (Lile) and Nelvis Tipton; his brother Larry Tipton; his brother-in-law Mitchell Tooley; and his grandson Justin Bury.
He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Tipton; his children, Nicole Blandford (Steven), Kim Tipton, Keysha Tipton and Zachary Tipton (Brittany); his sisters, Connie Murphy (Jim), Rosemary Craig (James) and Sandy Tooley; and his grandchildren, Alek Blandford (Elaine), Cole Blandford, Adalyn Roberts, Tyson Roberts, Josh Bury, Jarred Bury, Jon Bury, Cameron Tipton, Bailey Tipton and Jonah Tipton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
