She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace B. Moad and Nellie M. Moad; her husband James "Jimmy" Pugh; her granddaughter Tonja Simpson; and her siblings, Russell, Tolphus and Bill Moad.
She is survived by: her daughter Saundra Hinton; her stepdaughter Vickie Michael (Bing); her great grandchildren, Zackery Simpson (Tesla) and Cassaundra Brown (Christopher); her sister Martha Embry Perkins; her sister-in-law Patty Chrisman; and her grandson-in-law Dewayne Simpson. She is also survived by nine great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory (519 Locust St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
