She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva C. Westerfield and Eunice Ralph Westerfield; and her husband Lonnie Paul Johnson. She is survived by: her grandson Kevin Scott Henderson (Jenifer); her great grandchild Lexie Henderson; her stepgreat-grandson Logan Rager; her great great grandchild Zayne Alexander Bratcher of Owensboro; her sister Naomi; her sister-in-law Glenna Johnson Willis of Bowling Green; her friend Emma Jean Houser of Owensboro; and also Cheryl Johnson Henderson of Owensboro. She is also survived by wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and the first of five generations of only children.
