She was predeceased by: her father Virgil Mayes; and her husband James G. "Jim" Clark. She is survived by: her children, James H. "Jimmy" Clark (Bridgett Whalen) of Owensboro, Stacy L. Clark of Owensboro, Justin D. Clark of Owensboro and Jaime I. Clark of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Katelynn Clark of Owensboro, Addison Clark of Owensboro and Onyx Sprague of Owensboro; her stepgrandchildren, Chloe of Tell City, Indiana, Emma of Tell City, Indiana and Ethan Whalen of Tell City, Indiana; and her sisters, Pat Barrera of Arcadia, Linda Mattingly (Clarence) of LaGrange and Carol Phillips (Mark) of Owensboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
