She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustus Green and Maggie Douglas Green; her husband Lee Frazier; and her siblings, Leroy Green, Edward Green, William A. Green, James Green and Minnie Willingham.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Green (Kathy Campbell) and Leeandrea Green of Owensboro; her godson Shaiquan Frazier of Louisville; her sisters, Sally Sanders of Owensboro and Mary Jo Frazier of Louisville; her grandchildren, Taylor Leblanc of Knoxville, TN, Tre Greer of Owensboro, Miya Greer of Owensboro, Kelondra Greer of Owensboro, C. J. Greer of Owensboro, Kevon Green of Owensboro and Keshaunia Green of Owensboro; and her great grandchild Dailo Leblanc of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
