Monica Collins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2018, at the age of 57, Monica Collins (Owensboro, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Stephen Hawkins. She is survived by: her husband John T. Collins; her sons, Jeremy Adkisson (Jami) of Calhoun, Shane Adkisson (Kandace) and Cody Adkisson; her grandchildren, Brooklyn Adkisson of Taylor, Kale Adkisson, Kelsey Adkisson and Skylar Adkisson; and her siblings, Richard Hawkins (Liz) of Las Vegas, Jeff Hawkins of Las Vegas, Mark Hawkins (Craig) of Las Vegas, Ada Calloway (Mike) of Owensboro and Gail Koger of Philpot. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
