She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Joseph Bowlds and Mary Bernice Payne Bowlds; her husband Carl "Rusty" Wagner; and her brother John "Jay" Ferguson. She is survived by: her children, Mark Wagner, Vicki Blincoe (John), Patty Winstead, Angel Peacock (Michael), Tina Wagner and Amy Decker; her grandchildren, Steven, Natalie, Jennifer, Jamie, Jeremy, Adam, Jesse, Jared, Ali, Sharaya, Matthew and Laney; her great grandchildren, Jake, Emma, Jaydin, Kaeson, Aniyah, Kameron, Jacob, Lucas, Jackson, Adrian, Aidan and Alex; her sisters, Connie Farmer (Paul) and Brenda Fulkerson (Mike); and her sisters-in-law, Angie Ferguson and Terri Price. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
