She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hayes and Mary Sullivan Hayes; her siblings, Leonard Hayes, James Hayes, George Hayes, Clarence Hayes, Steve Hayes, Lonnie Johnson, Martin Hayes, Floyd Hayes, Carolyn Sue Hayes, Lloyd Hayes, Ronnie Hayes, Donnie Hayes and Jimbo Hayes; and her children-in-law, Cathy Johnson, Brenda Johnson and Gilbert Fitzgerald.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Fitzgerald of Owensboro, Roy Johnson of Owensboro, Mike Johnson of Owensboro, Gene Johnson of Hopkinsville and Charles Johnson (Nicole) of Chula Vista, CA; and her sister Ann Berry of Owensboro. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; a multitude of nieces and nephews.
