With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Millard Guy Barnett of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on December 19, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy R. Barnett and Ida Roberts Barnett; his son Joseph "Brent" Barnett; his grandson Ranson Brent Barnett; and his siblings, Jennie Vee Crabtree, Bessie V. Barnett, Audrey Sutherlin, Ada Wilson and James V. Barnett.

He is survived by: his wife Catherine Wheatley Barnett; and his siblings-in-law, Leo Wheatley of Hardinsburg, Angela Mattingly of Louisville and Mary Helen Ratcliff of Celina, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
