She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Payne and Rose Clark Payne; her husband William "Bill" Clark; her son Jim Clark; and her siblings, Mary Alice Turner, Ethel Payne, Gerard, Leo, Ivan, Tom, Paul and Bernard Payne.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Star Rosalia Lechler; her daughters, Cindy Sheehan of Lancaster, Renee McNulty (David) of Louisville, KY, Ruth Clark and Janet Nix (Darrell) of Owensboro, KY; her brother Tony Payne (Theresa) of Owensboro; and her daughter-in-law Yoko Clark of Japan. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren with one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made by memorial contribution to Spiritual Bouquet in the form of Catholic Mass, or by charitable donations made payable to Hospice of Western Kentucky, 3419 Wathens Crossing, Owensboro, KY 42301.
