It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Hoover of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Focient Turner and Mary Turner. She is survived by: her children, Janice Cart (Chris), Mark Hoover (Le), Brian Hoover and Scott Hoover (Andrea); her grandchildren, Samantha Hoover, Heather Rush, Mehgan Hoover, Nathan Cart, Whitley Cowart, Zachery Hoover, Emily Hoover, Hannah Hoover and Logan Cart; her brother Robert Turner (Anna); and her caregiver Jenny Hinch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
