She is survived by: her children, Walter Hayden (Lisa) of Louisville, Denise Hayden, Stephen Hayden, Michelle Hayden and Theresa Everly (Jason) of Centertown; her grandchildren, Adam, Maria, Meridyth Hayden, Wade Evans, Shelby Hodges, Jenna Hodges, Cody Hayden, Mason, Allana, Emma, Olivia, Khloe Adams, Drew Hayden, Hannah, Isaac and Lydia Everly; her great grandchild Bentlee Adams; her sisters, Betty Thompson, Mary Roberts and Marilyn Lewis; and also, Donald, Bud, Jerry and Eddie Howard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
