He was predeceased by: his father William P. Leonard; and his wife Susie Russell. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Hopkins (Steve) of Owensboro, Janice Lowry of Owensboro and Mark Leonard (Sonya) of Shepherdsville. He is also survived by two nieces; two great-nieces; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
