He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin F. Campbell and Ida Irene Campbell Bohler. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kaye Lee; his sons, Brent Lee and Charles Lee (Beth); and his siblings, David Campbell (Wilma), Rebecca Baughn, Martha Hardesty and Stella Hays (Tony).
