He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna Sue Dawson Bartlett; his children, Derek Plemens (Tammy), Tonya Green (Chris) and Tifani Wedding (Travis); his parents, Shirley Koonce and Glen Bartlett (Edie); his grandchildren, Melissa Beitler (Adam), Tyler Plemens, Treston Wedding, Kylee Plemens, Hannah Allen, Makenzie Plemens, Keagan Plemens and Mark Allen; his great grandchild Ava Wedding; his siblings, Larry Bartlett (Robin), Tim Bartlett (Dion), Kelly Bartlett, Joan Courtney and Ann Slaughter (Jim); and his stepsiblings, Gary Childers (Fran) and Shirley Koonce. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
