She was predeceased by: her father George Frederick "Fred" Stenberg; her stepfather Buster Boyd; her sister LuSandra Coots; and her brother-in-law Lemmie Coots. She is survived by: her husband J. B. Speed; her son Jeff Speed (DeAnna); her grandchildren, Jonathan Speed and Sydney Speed; her sister Bridgett Filback (Ricky); and her pet Shadow. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
